Tarcan Ordek has spent his career in the beating heart of London hospitality. From his earliest days working the floor to building and operating some of Soho's most talked-about venues, he has always understood that great hospitality is about people first and everything else second.
His approach is instinctive and uncompromising. He knows what a room should feel like before the first guest walks in, and he holds every venue he touches to that standard. Soho Bars Group is the culmination of everything he has learned and everything he still wants to build.
